- Track signals (traffic, replies, signups) in the metric board.
Coach’s role
- Weekly planning + retro sessions (1h each).
- Co‑write public post drafts live in session.
- Review outreach scripts and metric updates async (≤1h/week).
- Keep you accountable to scope discipline and public cadence.
